Attention Alaskans!

Vote No on Mandatory Healthcare Insurance!

Below are Lawmakers in the state of Alaska would like to pass a law to make it mandatory for Alaskans to have Healthcare Insurance, on the other hand, the lawmakers below are not telling you that tobacco is the number 2 revenue for taxes in the State of Alaska. Now, what's wrong with this scenario, isn't this like putting the cart before the horse. The lawmakers below are going to spend your tax dollars trying to convince, or argue to the other lawmakers who's names don't appear below, what a great deal their mandatory Healthcare Insurance will provide for the people of Alaska. Now what the lawmakers below are not telling you is, if you have to go to the Doctor and you don't have Healthcare Insurance your going to be fined, but because of the Hippocratic Oath they still have to give you a voucher to go to the doctor. Now, you get to go to the doctor, get treated and have to pay the fine for not having their mandatory Healthcare Insurance. "Just a note! If you have to go through this situation again and you don't have their mandatory Healthcare Insurance, the second fine that they impose on you will surely kill you.

State Senator Hollis French, Dem. Anchorage, Senator Johnny Ellis District H, Dem. Anchorage,  Senator Bill Wielechowski District J- Dem. Anchorage, House sponsor Gabrielle LeDoux, R-Kodiak; Reps. Bob Buch and Les Gara, both D-Anchorage.

Don't you think it's injudicious, that Sen. Hollis French is putting the cart before the horse. Why penalize all Alaskans.

Let me give you an example: Has anyone in the gallery watched Star Trek, Capt Kirk and his crew are sitting around drinking Romulan Ale after there shift, in the crew lounge. Well, everybody's drinking but know ones smoking. Get It! Here we are in the 21 century and it's time to quit smoking, but not everybody wants to quit. OK. Now we don't want to tell you, you can't smoke, where just not going to sell Tobacco products in Alaska. Sen. French, you are doing what the Anchorage Community Land trust did to those poor people in Mountain View. Stepping on the backs of poor people for their own financial gain, except your doing it for Fame. Do you want everyone to hate you on purpose. Hey man get with the program. Quit selling tobacco products in Alaska first. Tobacco is the # 2 Killer in the United States.

If your killing off Alaskans by selling Tobacco, who's going to pay for healthcare. Knock, Knock, Knock. Hello, is anybody home. I can see that you didn't take a test for commonsense.

Do you know why people come to Alaska, for our beautiful scenery an fresh air.

Bill would provide health care for all Alaskans

Sen. Hollis French, D-Anchorage

by Bill McAllister
Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2008

JUNEAU, Alaska -- All Alaskans would be required to get health care insurance and the state would help low-income residents with the cost of the premiums under a bill considered by a Senate committee Wednesday.

Sen. Hollis French says his bill for mandatory health care coverage would retain competition, as an annual open season would allow Alaskans to switch insurance plans.

"It really represents a new evolution in the march toward universal health care," said French, D-Anchorage. "It represents a compromise between the two what have been warring factions over many decades of the health insurance debates, over the left and the right. The left gave up on the idea of single-payer and the right gave up on the idea of keeping folks uninsured."

French says nearly 100,000 Alaskans are uninsured.

Endowment, Endowment, Endowment

When your talking about Healthcare, Prevention is key.

I was very fortunate to go to Alaska's first forum on healthcare, in Palmer, Alaska. The companies who deal with healthcare on a daily basis, were able to tell want there companies do for Alaskans. It was very informative. Well when it came to me, I hadn't done anything for Alaskans, even when it came to healthcare. I just had a website that happens to get a poultry 52 million visitors every year, and there really isn't anything on the website, nevertheless numerous individuals have told me on many occasions, That people are looking for information, so maybe Doctors-worldwide.org has a purpose as a Portal or Gateway to inform the public on all types of healthcare, from your head to your toes and all points in between.

A couple of months later, The House of Representatives, Sharon Cissna had the first caucus on healthcare, discussing the present status, and if we could better the healthcare system in Alaska. There was a doctor at the discussion group, and I asked him, " How do you determine what to charge for the difference procedures, or is there a set price?  And I Quote. We charge what the market will bear."  Needless to say, I was in a state of disbelief that this doctor seemed indifferent with his feeling's of caring or having compassion for the person he would be operating on. It seemed this Doctor was just about the money. Now I know that, not all the physicians feel the same way. As everyone knows that there is always room to improve.

Note: This course of action is about the survival of our species, "The human race" and just like our planet, changes need to be made in our Healthcare system.

It's time that we invest in ourselves.

"It's the human thing to do."
